Let's be fair. When you buy an online content there is always a risk it won't be available to you one day, for whatver reason. The company ceases to exist and then what? I'll repeat what I said before: when you go to the cinema and pay for the movie, you don't buy a licence demanding the cinema will be playing the movie to you indefinitely. And so you should approach non-downloadable or not downloaded content the same way. Why is anyone surprised that virtual content won't be there for them forever? It is someone else's computer out there. The same for cloud services. I avoid them as a plague.
