  1. This is so actual for a different case of mine. Bought a bark mulch, in bulk, supposedly 1000 litres. It was delivered in a bag of 730 litres max capacity (90x90x90cm). Their cheat sheet from 2022 approves to argue that there is some compaction and calibrations done in batches, and that according to that I received the correct amount. Just back in 2018 my 1000 litres of bark mulch was delivered in 90x90x120 cm bag, massive and full. Something has changed in the laws of physics since then, namely shrinkflation, that companies are allowed to sell content by 1000 litres but somehow packing it into 27% lower volume. This bark had particles large like my palm, not small that get compacted. And trading standards stand by the seller. I have lost hope for fairness in the world.
