  1. Sounds plausible. I went for Kioxia for my laptop upgrade and have a cooler master enclosure for the original one. Kingston seem to be a good stuff, too. Then Crucial on my list.

  3.  @seedney  There are enclosures available, for nvme and for sata ssds (or HDD) alikeI bought three last year.

  5. Kioxia, if just nvme. Or Kingston has seen several of my purchases for externals. Not via scamazon, directly from the Kingston website.

  7. Wait a minute, it is a nvme in the iconic Sandisk hard drive, the same we put n to the computers? I have seen a few videos about this exact hard drive, how they bought it on scamazon and lost data, one was a professional photographer who lost their work worth of several days. Very annoying. I am glad I went with a different brand for my upgraded devices. One is Kioxia. I firstly asked the chatbot for how good the stuff is before I decided to buy it. So far still the Japanese make seems to be more reliable than anything else.
