When Samsung's authorised repair centre, with Samsung's policy, refused to fix the software in my Note4 phone, after it became unusable from an OS upgrade, because there was one tiny dent in the corner of the screen (they wanted me to fork out half of the value of the phone for a new screen first, despite the screen wasn't the problem, the upgrade of the OS was, still within the 6 months warranty) I said I am never going to buy a Samsung device again. And I stuck to it. My watch is Garmin and it works well, also with an app.
