@micweis re: layman arguing about definition of user's data - that definition must be stated somewhere. If it isn't, it is bad. I have done a lot of GDPR refreshing courses over the years (UK person), and regularly it is quizzed which data is sensitive personal data, etc. And I agree, there is a difference between identifiable data and content created on someone's platform, which too often belongs to the owner of the platform. The same for patents under companies. Those patents usually belong to the companies, not to the individuals working for the companies, in their premises, paid by the company. At most the name of the individual can be associated with the invention, but they don't own the rights to it.

I am no programmer, but thinking: cannot some skilled programmer write a script that with adjusting will delete all posts of particular users (their own) all across the platform? That to avoid needing to delete each post individually.
