  1. In Britain we have standing charges where you pay for the connection, but it is pennies, making it a few quid per year, like £5 per month now. Indeed, people pay it whether they use the gas or not. There is a debate to scrap them.

  3. So if you are somewhere offline, or internet is down, you cannnot play the game to entertain yourself? Screw THEM. Stop buying their games. Why everybody has to be nonstop connected to some stupid server to function in the modern society?
