  2. Off topic: I very appreciate your videos and relevant info. And as such I am a bit concerned seeing you getting chubby, from the lack of physical activity and sitting around more than is healthy. That spells diabetes, the lifestyle one. Please don't let it happen to you. I have seen my family members perishing one after another. Being young doesn't mean being immune. Teenagers have atherosclerosis from the junk they eat and insulin resistance. Too many IT guys look like they could benefit from small but sustained changes in their lifestyle. You don't need to hit the gym every day for hours, but trimming a bit, by using those muscles, helps a lot in preventing this plague.
