I don't know, people, but the oil prices have been going down recently, Putin has a reduced export of oil and he sells it with massive discounts to his Asian friends... so he is hardly making much profit from oil right now... And don't forget that the Urals oil is of a lower quality than other oils, so even for that he gets less dengi than other producers... Isn't this coming a bit late? Breaking through the opened door? When I hear this (and some other) ministers bragging about something they want to take credit for it is usually just half truth, at best.
