Didn't they just say in the video it isn't going to be announced with trumpets and informing the wide world as it is happening? We will only hear from the news when something happened. And a lot has been happening, every day, so mentioning it day in- day out would be quite boring. Even Prigozhin is near giving up. They are fighting among themselves, making it easier for Ukrainians.
