@vectoralphaSec Could be another case of social engineering like for the XZ backdoor exploit. You have international teams and deployed foreign workers penetrating society, hitting when you expect it the least. China is particularly skilled in this although RuSSians are not too behind when it comes to cyber crime. Could the malicious/bad code be added at a later stage of testing process?

What is worse, the economic situation worldwide is prohibitive for extensive purchasing of things people don't need. And as a result, to ramp up purchase, these stupid companies made the ads more toxic and annoying...

I only use open AI as a chat bot, no sensitive data in, online. Not installing anything into my machine. I'll stick with the gpt for now.

@nathan4678 scam. Deleteme cannot remove your data from internet, not from institutions that must have your data for a period of time and certainly not from the dark web where data of most of us most probably is or will be very soon, from countless and endless hacks here and there. They are just scammers. Stay vigilant on internet and in general when somebody texts you out of blue, or calls, and block ads, so these data brokers go out of business if enough population does it.

I like your first part. Interesting thought. For the second one: could it be the code was changed between testing and release? Becoming a massive cyber attack by itself, having a rotten apple in the team.

If youtube wasn't so greedy and was more realistic about the premium, like a symbolic $1 or $2, more people would subscribe to it. But even with these expensive premiums some still complain they see ads here and there. You want too much, get nothing. And then there are those sponsorships... whenever I see such an ad, I know what not to buy. I have a paid security package which also includes VPN. I don't need additional VPN.

@BB-848-VAC why? Just block ads and they will be out of business LOL

Deleteme are scammers. They cannot remove your data from internet, only from a few data brokers that use your data for ads. Your data is on the dark web already and it keeps pouring there with every such hack of institutions that cannot delete your data. And Deleteme has no reach to the dark web. If you pay for it, you are being scammed and ripped off.

@sam23696 when I click on such a page that starts playing these videos by default I immediately shut the page and move elsewhere. It is obvious the content I came for wasn't their main thing to offer me and when it is news I can find a similar info elsewhere, where they don't treat me like a brainless i.diot.

Well, one thing is to train AI on publicly available materials, like when you go to a gallery, another one is to bring something you claim is brand new while it was trained on something that was developed from scratch by someone else, costing a lot of money, using its resources, including energy for their servers, while introducing almost a bulletproof censorship o top of it all. You won't get objectivity from this new kid on the block and are you sure you have the entire code to examine?
