  1. For about a month I have been using a cheaper generic of E45 cream on my face after evening cleansing, as a moisuriser and the only thing I put on my face at night. I haven't noticed a difference on the quality of my mid 40s skin, to be honest. A 100ml tube of this stuff costed me £0.57. Yeah, and I use a mainstream liquid hand soap to wash off the grease of the day, no special products. It stands on the washing basin to wash hands with and my face tolerates it, too. I don't think anyone can go much cheaper than that LOL. My skincare comes from within: food and exercise. My sleep hygiene could do with some improvement though.
