Me watching this, like many other similar videos, with a sense of satisfaction that I made myself an egg and watercress sandwich filler at home, with melted cheese in triangles (ultra processed, obviously) as a binder (could have been a mayo but I prefer cheese), but I grew that watercress myself from seed. Spread that mixture on two slices of rye bread and ate it with a few fresh radishes for dinner. Ah, a slice of smoked ham on each of the two breads, too. If one is just a passive consumer it is easy to slip into unhealthy eating habits. Once you take control over your food preparation, there is a hope.
