  1. Gas stove also emits tiny particles that sit on all surfaces in the kitchen and it will show after some time. Electric doesn't do that. Plus, I am not a fan of those glass kettles. Limescale starts showing in the kettle soon after several uses and this glass will expose it all. I better keep the scale hidden and descale the kettle once in a while.
