  1. 6:45 what if it is the other way round? We are tired during the week because we spend evenings in front of the TV, i.e. blue light? Today it is mobile devices that steal our sleep. We would be surprised over the amount of activity and work our ancestors were capable of during the week. But they had less light in the evening and went to sleep earlier.

  2. Also, who is A friend? Not necessarily any person you spend you leisure time with. And definitely not the random connection on social media. I simply call them 'contacts'.
