  1. on Twitter is NOT in public!!! do'nt you know that?? you know where you are if you are on Twitter ? You are at their servers (somewhere under the sea), using their electricity, their efforts, risk taking, ideas and personnel. All for free ! You are at their home, and they can do anything they want, just like you can do whatever you want at your home. But what you want to do is to swoop in after they have succes, and tell Twitter what you want them to do, while you did zero, took zero risk, and did zero effort. That, my friend is pure communism.

Nothing in the law says anything about "public town square", you just invent that because I had you checkmate from the first reply. its disgusting. 230 is just aprotection a bookstore has too, as a DISTRIBUTOR. if there is an illegal passage in a book, the bookstore owner is not LIABLE!!!! and it doesn't even matter, if you cancel protection 230 , nothing will cange.
