Yet it is. just like any other Constitution in the Western free world, it doesn't mention seperation of church and state and the word democracy. my opinion is this: a person who wants to live in a country that has no separation of church and state is PU RE SC UM because all the countries in the world that have no separation of church and state are dictatorships that oppress people.
