Gain of function research is the specific process of altering human viruses in order to increase their ability (the titular gain of function) either to spread amongst populations, to infect people, or to cause more severe illness. and that kind of research has never been funded by the NIH. And FYI, it is so obnoxious that you go on the internet and order other people to do homework . It is truly disgusting!
