I worked in Saint Petersburg for 5 years, and then in Kiev and Dnpro for 5 years. Even the 'Russian speaking population' is 100% anti Putin. A brother of a friend was on the Donbas frontline. There was no bombing, except for the rocketing of a Dutch airline MH17. and please show me the Misks agreement clause that Ukraine breached.
