@FREEMAN.... They are not publishers. they don't publish books, or magazines. Just like the telephone company is not a publisher. FB and Twitter is just an advanced form of a telephone. About 'fairness so as to maintain the market safe and free.' I agree that those are valuble ethical principles, but since when are they basic rules of capitalism?? you just invent things. And 'monopolies are anti-capitalist.', that makes no sense. A monopoly is a situation where the free market ends up in a dead end. That's not pro capitalist or anti capitalist. it's just that the free market needs supervision. in this case, there isn't even a monopoly. there are many parketplayers, and nobody has a unique product.

@FREEMAN.... what?? you can bend the meaning of publisher as much as you want: a social platform doesn't publish anything. They just transfer a messages, just like the telephone, only more sofisticated. and they don't 'decide what people can say', they decide what you can say ON THEIR PLATFORM. And they do that because everyone who (out of their free will) joins the platform, agrees with the internal rules beforehand. Each club has clubrules. If you don't like the rules, don't join the club. And your comparison with the postal office is crazy, you think you can send averything you like in a letter? And your basic rules, you don't answer my questions. WHERE do you get the basic rules from? Your imagination? that doestn't count.

This is what you wrote in your first reaction to my first post: 'Private companies that are officially providers but act as publishers violate the basic rules of capitalism'. can you see? It is you! I don't care about 'many qualified experts', I'm not discussing with them, whoever they are! Don't hide cowardly behind the argument from authority. It is a fallacy. This is a discussion you cannot win. I did this the last week with many Trumpers here on youtube. Like you they have no idea what a monopoly is.
