'Doing extensive research' in your eyes doesn't make your opinion 'more valid'. We are talking here about political preference. That's the same as your preference in music, or you favorite color. My uncle says only classical music is real music. he studied music all his life. He says: 'I did extensive research on a subject like music , I will likely have a more valid opinion on that subject than someone who doesn't even know what the difference is between contrapunt and harmony.' My uncle is wrong. what about you?
