I also do'nt want depopulation, just population control. there is absolutely no need for 8 B people. 4 centuries ago there were 500 M, great music was produced, great art, great novels, great science (Galilei , Newton). The people in the 17 century didn't say: 'wow , we wish we were with 8 B'.
