You opnion that 'Citizens have a moral duty to disobey unconstitutional or unjust laws.' is total nonsense, because with is 'unjust' is a subjective opinion. what you think is 'unjust' can be 100% just for 90% of the rest of the population. and do'nt use the word 'moral' in a discussion about SCOTUS. Justice and morality is something completely different.
