  4.  @donyoung7874  Excellent, yes! The original idea WAS for it to be a living document that could evolve as needed, but it has become virtually impossible at this point to do that. EDIT: YouTube algorithm is not allowing me to post about a corrupt SCOTUS and the difficulty of dealing with that, especially as the Constitution is very scant about correcting this issue
