One who definitely embodies evil is Killbillgatesofhell, he is a psychopath, with probably no real concept of his evilness; trying to vaccinate the whole world, for example , ( there are all his other evil projects like dimming the sun etc ) while not wanting ( having ) his own children vaccinated just goes to show that he knows exactly what he is doing( one example , the Danish research on one of his products)
