To keep hammering about it not being constitutional to impeach an expresident did not really adress the issue. If anybody thought Trump was inciting something, then charge him with it. What really astonishes me most( not being a lawyer) is that defenders did not bring out the main evidence , that is that whatever incitement or violence there was, it was instigated by agent provocateurs hired by the dems. And what about the police officers who waved people in?
