  1. The problem with socialism is it involves government. The fact that the US government can’t even figure out how to pay people $1200 in under an hour when most of the country has been actively using the internet for over 2 decades is evidence of their incompetence. The free market is far more capable at the majority of things. If there was no advantage to lobbying for power in government we wouldn’t have all these massive corporations that can never fail thanks to their buddies they’ve paid off in the White House.
