  2. To improve the lighting he doesn’t want low sitting lamps, that will look weird and won’t be optimal for video production. He needs to use lights designed for video production and use them appropriately to obtain the desired esthetic.

  5. Because it makes people paranoid that they could be doing more to maintain their health but also because a lot of things he does and sells aren’t backed by a lot of evidence. There’s a fine line between cutting edge and snake oil.
