  1. You have to find a way to induce panic, extreme anxiety, extreme fear or physical pain that will result if you don’t exercise. Basically your brain will go into a fight or flight state and choose which ever is the least bad - do some exercise or experience extreme pain. Normal people can usually use positive emotion and discipline to encourage exercise, don’t rely on that. The first 5-15 mins (depending on person and intensity) of exercise are the worst but it gets easier after that.
