  5.  @treasurethetime2463  Yeah, people are dumb to go into credit card debt. Just saying, pinching pennies can only go so far. If someone needs to go into credit card debt they have an income problem. If they just decide to go into credit card debt, they have a mental problem.

  8. I don’t think they’re going because it’s essential for human development. Similarly, people buy shoes and I grew up without shoes. Doesn’t mean people won’t buy shoes.

  10. It used to be rich people were the only ones with a fancy computer at home that does all kinds of things but now it’s cheaper to have a fancy computer than it is to go anywhere in the physical world. Physical experiences are a luxury. Digital experiences are cheap.

  11.  @pmscalisi  Because they cost a lot of money and are disruptive to a person’s daily life. Assuming a vacation is optional, why would you do that unless it was something you wanted to do?
