  1. CBD definitely helps me sleep better. The THC based weed is fine too but the medicinal weed is much more expensive. So I try to mix a little of both but save most of the CBD based. I smoke weed on the weekends to keep the inflammation in my sinuses from flaring up. My nose will completely be blocked and I cant sleep
