  1. Im from New England but I LOVE NYC and used to go all the time. I havent been in three years because its too dangerous. I do still go to the Hudson River Valley and upstate but not the city. Its very sad because my family is originally from NY and its a tradition basically for the older family members (grandparents) to bring the kids to the city especially for Christmas, my daughter is the first generation since my great grandparents left Manhattan in the 50s that has never been. Its infuriating theyve destroyed what was the greatest city in the world.
