Not sure what happened to the couple paragraphs I posted in response to you a few minutes ago, but here it is again- Im in NH, Bdn removed himself from our ballot because he thinks SC should be first. You can write any candidate in on the ballot so there was a big campaign here for democrats to write him in anyway, they did and thats how he technically won. For the republican ticket, NH is an open primary state which means you can temporarily change your party affiliation to "undeclared" so you can vote in the other partys primary. A ton of democrats did that here just so they could vote for Haley so Trump would lose. It would have been another blowout Trump win if not for that.

Im in NH. Biden removed himself from our ballot because he believes SC should be the first primary state (no one has been able to understand why other than the usual NH is “too white.”) You can write in any candidate you want on the ballot. There was a big campaign here to write his name in anyway and thats what people did. So technically he won the democrat primary even though he gave all his voters here a big middle finger for no reason. 🤔 For the republican ticket, NH is an open primary state which means registered democrats can change their party affiliation to “undeclared” so they can vote in the republican primary. A ton of never Trump democrats did that and voted for Haley just to try to make Trump lose. Totally dishonest, but I can tell you that is the ONLY reason Haley got as many votes as she did. It would have been another blowout win for Trump if not for that.

@bingbruce4865 Not sure what state you are in but no democrat votes republican because they are “feeling left out.” As I previously stated, they could have written Biden in on the ballot as many other democrats did. Democrats here were voting for Haley just to sway the results and make Trump lose, they were proudly stating so in the local news. Very few people here actually support Haley, they just disliked Trump enough to spend their vote on her FYI.
