Since a conviction apparently isnt required, surely every red state can remove biden from the ballet for treason since hes allowed 7 million people to invade the country while on Chinas payroll.

@promethiac2641 Considering they have almost nothing to do with each other..both are questions of states rights but as with literally every other case thats ever filtered through the judicial system the facts and circumstances matter. This is a question as to whether the state has the right to remove a candidate from a ballot for a crime they labeled him with that he was never convicted of. How is that anything remotely close to abortion? Fool.
