@jennifermorgan9722 If you dont realize the debt and spending will collapse the country then you havent learned from history. It is an existential problem. History didnt begin with WW2 yet that is the only context from which people make their decisions and its foolish.

Exactly! If we dont have the money we cant do it no matter how much they “need” it! If I have 500 in my account, I dont have 800 to spend, period.

@babymaus. Does he want to end the programs or end the practice of choosing recipients based on irrelevant immutable characteristics over actual merit, because those are two very different things.
