A man having a vasectomy is the equivalent to a woman having her tubes tied not having an abortion. Having a vasectomy does not kill a person that is already alive. What matters at this point is being honest about having been wrong and being able to admit you were conned. You have to be reasonable, integrity is a better standard then perfection which will leave you disappointed with literally everybody.
