  2. the babadook didn't do shit to me. annabelle was scarier. besides, most of what I heard while watching the babadook was chitty chitty bang bang.

  3. sinister and insidious (in particular) are the only ones that scared the shit out of me. as a 32 year old I watched that movie after having had a stressful friday work day; I decided to treat myself and myself alone to dinner and a movie so I rented insidious and watched it during the night time; the whole time I was watching it I had goosebumps and had to stop the movie a few times to talk to a friend on facebook to calm myself and tell her how scared I was. when I was done watching I had to sleep with all my lights on.

I watched sinister at a theater I could easily walk to but decided to drive myself there. inside the theater there were very few people; at one point in the movie things are so tense I looked at one of the attendants and this person looks me back, we both shake our head like saying "this is fucking scary and some bad shit is going to happen soon". when I was done watching the movie I was so glad I had driven instead of walking cause the way back was dark and there was no way in hell I would dare to walk myself back home.
