  6. so, if premarital sex and sex for fun fall under freedom of speech and since everyone seems to be ok with same sex relations cause they don't hurt anyone, is it ok for someone to have sex with children as long as it's not hurting them (the hurting them aspect is so broad) or have sex with animals for it's not hurting people around them and for all you know, the animal might be enjoying it, they can't vocalize the pleasure though? after all such acts could be considered freedom of speech.
