  1. besides what others may have already said, banning sales of semi automatic cartridge refillable rifles to the general population will not only ever stop criminals from acquiring and using them criminally, but this also means that only the police and the military could use them. doesn't most people distrust the government, not to mention the "pigs in a blanket, fry them like bacon" chants from the left to cops?
