  1. Imaginary problems can be as bad as real problems. I know people who suffer a lot from schizophrenia. What they imagine is real to them.

  4. I know bipolar people who say their disorder is beneficial because of increased creativity especially when manic. For me it is not very beneficial. But many mental illnesses can be beneficial to some people while ruining other people's lives. Most people have a combination of benefits and negatives.
