  1.  @codyfrias4677  In my city this lady who had a long history of abuse and a little bit low IQ confessed to the police that she helped murder her 10 year old daughter. She implicated her boyfriend. He maintained his innocence. Cell phone records proved them both innocent but I don't know if the police ever found the guilty party because they were so focused on her and her boyfriend. So the police were at fault in my opinion. If police know certain techniques get false positives they should have to have more evidence of other kinds to prove the confession.

  2. @Sounds Nice True but it depends how badly they damage you. If you are ruined for life or dead then winning wasn't worth much.

  3.  @codyfrias4677  I am not against all police either. Some are decent people. The corrupt ones need to be fired. The good ones are necessary to maintain order.
