  1. @hk Even conservative women run for office. But some conservative women are biased against women politicians. Edit: Most women would be willing to vote for a woman in their party.

  2.  @viewmodeimages  I know a woman firefighter. She didn't take her children to the firehouse when she was on duty. She didn't have small children then. I guess her husband watched them. Edit: She was also a politician in the state legislature.

  6. @hk I don't know if men could invest in Curves but I imagine they could because it was never mentioned as a problem. The reason Curves was started was because a lot of women were being sexually harassed at the co-ed gyms. That is why they didn't allow male members.

  7. @hk Well, I was neutral on Curves. On one hand I can understand not wanting to be harassed on the other hand it is slippery slope leading to more discrimination. Interesting, I didn't think you were pro-equality person but correct me if I am wrong.

  14. There is a video of how Isis was recruiting a young woman from the USA. They call her "Alex" and it is by the New York Times. They have an 8 min. video and a long, detailed article. They talk a lot about the recruitment methods used by Isis on her.
