@kylemarkloff4451 Nothing in history can be proved if you need a time machine to prove it. Some of the history in school books is known to be wrong by historians. There is absolutely no proof George Washington cut down a cherry tree as a child. Most history books leave out the fact that the USA invaded Guatemala 13 times in the 1900's. They usually leave out the number of lynchings during Jim Crow times. They leave out or minimize a lot of information that makes the USA look bad. So the woman in this video is just showing history that was ignored or suppressed. She is not inventing it.

@jusletursoulglobaby The responsibility first lies on the public schools and secondly lies on the individual. To change things we have to reach people who will never pick up a book outside of the classroom but will still be a part of society. Not everyone is a nerd who will read history outside of school.

@jusletursoulglobaby I think they will have to change. Once there is a majority non-white they will have to use harsher and harsher measures to keep people down. Hopefully people won't allow that to happen.

Harm still happens to black people today in the USA. Our society now is due to the past. We need to change the damaging things happening now.

Charles Manson Mayans wrote things similar to books. The Spanish destroyed most of them. I saw it in a museum in Denver. It is true writing unless you claim Chinese is not writing. Mayans are not dead. I know a Mayan woman. They still exist in large numbers in Central America. Their culture was damaged by the Spanish and they no longer use their writing system but they are not dead.

Charles Manson Aztecs also have a writing system like Chinese. When it says they have no writing system they mean that they do not have an alphabet.

The most important parts of all those histories should be taught in school because it is American history. And each of those groups should decide what are the most important parts they want to be taught.
