  2. I went outside and ran 3/4 to 1 block. Every day I ran until I wanted to stop. I didn't push myself further because then running would become a chore. This way I got slowly more and more exercise when I was depressed. Even a little bit helps.

  3.  @recoveringsoul755  I heard that the USA does not worry about people knowing their blood type because they can test it so quickly now if you need a blood transfusion. I had to ask and ask several doctors before they would test my blood (I cannot donate). I am type A+. Now they say Type A has worse outcomes with Covid-19. I don't know if that is true.

  8. I was in Taiwan for 1 whole hour!! (In the airport). You have pretty roof tops. I have some coins and stamps from Taiwan. Some of us from the USA know about you. Most people from my country know less than 10% of the countries on earth.

  11. @drosera Still trying to blame the mothers? Fathers over age 40 are also linked to Autism. It is still a very small chance. My mother ate a health food diet and my father was in his 20's when I was born. They tried harder than most to be healthy. It is not their fault I have Autism.

  13.  @recoveringsoul755  Sound's unlikely. I know numerous vaccinated people and no one I know has gotten sick from the vaccine or someone else having the vaccine. I do know people who died from Covid before there were vaccines.
