The man doesn't decide to do anything he's not allowed to watch TV or read a newspaper or go online he's only allowed to do with his handlers tell him he can do and he's more than eager to do that because he doesn't want to be embarrassed as he's spent his whole life fantasizing about being president and right now he's living a dream but also living in the past when he's having those rear coherent moments when he seems like he knows what's going on.
