No, it's not unique to Europeans by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, it was solely the Europeans who put an end to things like slavery globally, even despite many Africans being upset by this... such as Tinubu, a powerful slave trader in 19th century Nigeria. She even attempted to subvert a British anti-slavery treaty and, after a slave trade went wrong, said she "would rather drown the slaves than sell them at a discount.".
I'm sure I don't even need to mention how brutal and savage the Native Americans were or their repeated, rocky history of betrayal and so forth. Acting like they were pillars of kindness or non-genocidal is irrespective of their entire history.
Let's not forget the Bantu — which, when introduced to crop farming and iron age technology (which made conquest and supremacy possible), led to one of the largest human conquests in history! Or the Asante, and so forth.
