@Leoprincess3038 Though she had walked off a couple of times before. On a general level she is described as very outgoing, starting to chat with strangers by asking their name and presenting herself if they were out. But then she gets very jealous if she see the partner talking to women who and taunts him if he is talking to wh*res.... And yeah, as in the situation when he and the other guy was to leave and they encounter some girl they knew in high school and stop to chat with her, I guess it could be overbearing if the gf start to throw derogatory labels about the people (women) he talks to 44:59 because she is jealous, I'd say it is one form of abuse. She had been arrested before after someone had called about a disturbance after she exploded on him in a bar and then she was "belligerent" towards the officers who showed up.

They can not give you that assurance. During the ongoing investigation it is classified but when they have a suspect they can bring the formal accusation to to court it is public unless you live in a so called police state where the public is not allowed to scrutinize the quality of public institutions' work. There are some instances they can scrap it from public access but still be available for the defendants representation, news outlets and such. In a case there is typically in the beginning leads in different directions that are gradually narrowed down. As an example with this case, suppose there was a grumpy neighbour who was on suspect map as well, if you had been interviewed about that person and he is at a later stage ruled out and they have another suspect going to trial with then your interview would likely not be public, that would be slandering the grumpy neighbour by the public authorities. But they can not promise you that will happen, if they can promise you that they will not in the future find sufficient evidence against that person then your interview is meaningless and waste of resources. And in this case, since Doug is the partner of the victim and partners statistically are the culprit it is perhaps an advantage that it's public, even if uncomfortable, to limit speculation.
