It shouldn't be an "upset". Not if the median age to when people can move from home is about 36 years.

This! Pretty much over the western world there is a concern over low nativity numbers, which is a problem and will create more problems down the road with relatively few that shall sustain a growing number of pensioners. But at the same time have parties often triangulated their policies and tried to mimic eachother so they became faded. What once in a social liberal ideology seen as as a desired basic social neccesiety and maybe even with ambition to have it as a "right", a decent home, somewhaere along the line started to be seen as an asset. Some decades back people in the age range to start families ould buy homes to a cost about twice the average annual salary but now I think the number is about twelve times the average annual salary (at an average but with great variation and of course typically higher prices in areas where there is a good jobmarket). And thus the median age to when people move out from the parents reach 36 years. And then they are concerned that there aren't enough babies born, There might be a correlation with people not having a family of their own and them not having the ability to sustain a family with a decent home.
