  1. It is not the french government or state who sues Candace Owens. It is interesting, but expected by formal and squareminded frenchies, that they sue Owens instead of demanding You Tube to excercise censorship. Influencers themselves typically report and try to come up with bogus claims of copyright strikes etc. towards other influencers who may have posted something about them they don't like. Candace can limit her productions to where they are able to be viewed, can't she? So her being in US is not pretecting her (reasonably shouldn't even if she's limit her documentary to be viewed in US only). She post it for purpose of reaching an international audience (which can affect the estimate of potential harm)
