  1. I think they well understand the matter but use this ambiguity to decieve. They applied tariffs to countries where they actually have trade surplus but where these countries may have food regulations that ban some ingredients and procedures which Greer described as a hidden trade barrier based on health regulation that is based on *fake science*. So it's an extortion tactic to try and have Australia, EU and UK and maybe Japan to change their food standard regulation. And the press secretary sound as if she's trained in the North Korean propaganda ministry when trying to convince the audience that the tariffs will be carried by foreign countries and everyone should trust "dear leader".
