As for point 3, a good idea is to do an inventory of negative feelings, which you have (fear, anger, anxiety, sadness, stress, fatigue, etc) and how much you have of each. Think about a strategy with specific tactics to reduce one of the negative bagage (other will reduce as a bonus, if you are less angry you will typically sleep better and have less fatigue).
Making positive changes will have greater chance to succeed by starting in that order. Compare it to sowing, for the seeds to grow to something you typically need to clear out some weed first, otherwise the seedling may die for the weed shades out the light, consume the water and nutrition. And there's another failure adding to the negative perception of self.
